GET THE CARE YOU DESERVE
I am experienced with anxiety, depression, addiction, neurodevelopmental disorders, bi-polar, thought, mood and personality disorders.
Tailored Psychological Support for Every Journey
I am a psychologist passionate about collaboration and making meaningful change in life by understanding the unique stories, choices, and concerns we all make during life. I prize experience and insight as the materials and resources for learning, growth, acceptance and meaningful change.
I use a wide variety of therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). I am trained in Short-Term Solutions Focused approaches which help to provide a mode of therapy individualised for all clients that want to make change fast.
Having worked in rural regions, I am familiar with local resources and the unique struggles and challenges rural communities and people face in living life and accessing mental health services. I prioritise access to Telehealth for people from rural and remote regions to reduce the gap and make psychological services accessible.
With a solid base in skill development research and years of experience with community service organisations rurally and metro, I can offer a path to tangible health benefits, quality of life, wellbeing, fulfilment, and satisfaction.
I have a range of clinical experience with adolescents at headspace. I have been a positive behaviour support psychologist and developed and delivered trainings to teams, parents, teachers and workers in casual and corporate settings.

I am particularly passionate about:
Skill development and learning principles that improve our lives.
Existential psychotherapy which aims to help people explore, reflect on, and live more inline with their values and personal sense of meaning.
Training and skill development that improves the balance between quality of work
and quality of life. The Transfer of Training and Deliberate Practice.
Positive Behaviour Support.
Could I be the right psychologist for you?
